ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order where this is reasonably necessary, including where payment cannot be authorised, pricing or product information is incorrect, or an item is unavailable. We will contact you using the details provided with your order where appropriate.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted. We may correct genuine errors in pricing, descriptions or availability before dispatch.

DELIVERY
Delivery options, charges and any estimated delivery information are displayed during checkout and in the order confirmation where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Marlowe website, including its content, branding, images and design, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it for personal, non-commercial shopping only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit its content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to this, Marlowe will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a purchase, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. The Terms in force when you place an order will apply to that order.
